The Ivory Tower
DESCRIPTION
Participants are divided into three groups: Retail stores, head office and upper management. Retail stores have a task to achieve and will be given instructions by upper management via head office - no direct communication is allowed. Upper management must rely on the hierarchy of the organization to direct the retail stores and can only communicate in writing. Communication between head office and the retail stores can only be verbal. This is a challenging communication game with very strong messages about hierarchical communication.
This activity works best in a
developmental (learning) session.
