The MachineDESCRIPTION An excellent way to encourage your group
to think outside the box and to challenge assumptions. There is a machine set
up on the floor/ground with 25 buttons that must be pressed in a specific order.
A client has made an unreasonable request that the teams sucessfully operate the
machine in 20 seconds or less. Teams challenge their assumptions and interpretations
of the rules and may find out that they can satisfy their customer despite the
impossible request.
