Andrew created Critical Pathfinders in 2000 to help people love their work. Since then he has worked with hundreds of groups and thousands of participants, creating and leading them through a wide number of exciting and engaging team building sessions. With a strong corporate background, including marketing, sales and financial consulting, Andrew has a wealth of corporate experience and the rare gift of knowing exactly what a corporate audience will enjoy. With years of experience in group facilitation, Andrew believes that experience is the best teacher and that learning is more effective when it is fun.
